Looks like HYDRA fighting back (the winter-y scenes), Hulk (being mind-controlled by Scarlet Witch/Ultron somehow hence the red eyes) being pitted against Iron Man in the Hulk Buster suit, Ultron "fathering" the twins, Black Widow being able to calm down the Hulk (cause fuck Betty), and Ultron (in his early designs) crashing a party, literally. In a big picture sense, Tony made Ultron to keep the peace even easier than The Avengers can, to protect the Earth, but Ultron got too smart and figured the best way to protect the Earth is to eradicate humanity.
