You're just one person though A group of people tends to have a bigger impact than one person. But I'm glad you're positive Edit: Sorry for the double post!! Won't do it again.
Wait people are more excited from this song than GATS, UIG and wastelands? The song wasn't bad but it was very generic sounding and really doesn't feel like a Linkin Park song at all. It's also basically the kind of song the Hunting Party is declaring war on if Mike is to be believed. personally I would be quite disappointed if Linkin Park released a song like that in a studio album.
Maybe Joe somehow combined the voices of Mike and Chester. That's how it sounds anyway lol The few words I instantly thought it was Chester, then it sort of morphed into Mike. Also, the movie looks like it could be worth a watch.
Yeah I understand exactly what you mean actually. Edit: I'm more than just one person We are all extraordinary people
There's no way that song is the album closer to The Hunting Party. I'd bet money on it. If anything, that's one of the early scrapped demos.
I agree. I'm glad there are some people here that feel the same way I do Thank you And yes your positivity makes you count at least for two
So, we know that this is not "A line in the sand"? Because I just read the description of Turtle again, and it kind of fits: "This is LP giving it everything they have got musically, vocally, and sonically. It starts out like an ATS song with surging bass and keys over Mike singing softly and builds into a shredding rock epic..."
We don't know that it is ALITS or not. I think that description is ideal for the song from Mall trailer. Anyway, I hope this is the song. I think the note The Hunting Party in the description of the film may mean that in addition to works made specifically for the sountrack, are also used songs from the album.
Song sounds terrible. Prob the kinda crap they were making in the studio that Mike talks about needing to make something better. And depressed prevert? Is this part played by Joe himself?
With all of that said, the snippet definitely sounds great and catchy. What seems to be the chorus feels very NIN-inspired. I'm definitely pumped for that stuff. The movie in itself should be interesting too, though , from the trailer, it seems to fit a bit the "sex and violence" cliché thing.
If it was ALITS I think we would know by now. Turtleguy wasn't the only one who's listened to the album. I might be wrong still.
I hope the song is not part of THP, just because this means we will get more awesome and diverse music sooner than I expected
