I was hoping to see Brad recording Until It Breaks, maybe in a future LPTV...
Titles and Demos:
Lost in the Echo: Holding Company
Roads Untraveled: Roads Untraveled
In My Remains: One Forty
Burn it Down: Buried At Sea
Lies Greed Misery (not in video but from other LPTV): Piledriver
Victimized: Battle Axe
Until it breaks 00:58 to 1:06
COG 16:13 until the end
Just another way to get me pumped for June 26th. Just a few more days!
Poor Chester, he gets sick every album cycle right when they need him for the screaming vocals. Always.
I think he meant there's no footage of them recording these songs.
Great watch. I'd like to see the making of CASTLE OF GLASS or SKIN TO BONE, that would be cool.
Best Making Of Video Ever !
I would like to have an 1 hour video like this to see over and over again .. Hopefully this video is just a preview, and we're getting a longer video any time soon
Haha, I know right, he looks in so much discomfort!
Too short. I hope there's a full version.
The official Facebook page for Xbox shared the "Inside Living Things" story from Zune's page about half an hour ago, which exposed this video to nearly 18,000,000 more people on Facebook. I found this to be pretty cool.
That was super interesting and fun to watch. I hope a full making of will be released at some point.
Best Making of yet, thanks for this footage LP
Wish Mike would be less "shy..?" to show himself a bit more recording. Would have been crazy to see a fraction of his Until It Breaks performance.
I suspected for a while now LITE was Holding Company. Primo is 100% sure to be Powerless now.
Also, for this cycle, I suspect there might've been at most 20 new demos and some of those completely ditched, some stuff may even be left-overs, not complete songs like Primo or Tinfoil, but left-over demos from the ATS sessions they might've used here. I can see the "Bring me to kingdom come" part on Until It Breaks being "Kingdom", another demo from the ATS sessions, which I initially thought was Wretches & Kings. It seems to me at least that during this session they just focused on a batch of 13-15 songs afterwards and then just worked on them and that's it. There might be a few b-sides along the road released.
What the fuck what. I just saw the Powerless part and apparently it wasn't Primo. LOL. It was always Tinfoil, and Tinfoil is Powerless chopped up.
There are two other demos then that were in progress: Primo and Warm Spell, which was on the actual blackboard.
I like song at the end, is that Castle of Glass?
Im keen to hear some of the demos scrapped from the album!
Yeah, at the beginning of the making of, they were like oh I haven't played this and that for you yet with some weird song names so i think they might be some demos we get along the way
A 17 minutes and 2 seconds of kicking the mind in the balls. Most thing I love about the insides is the strong message that the band sends to every hater who says that the Linking Park uses samples of drums an guitars. Plus i love how it was less stress than ATS, the real meaning of "comfortable in our own skin" as Chaz said. Having Rick next to them is like riding a bike with 3rd wheel whatever risk you take you always will be safe...and the result is an album that I'd sleep with...or in another word AILF
Lol that little monologue towards the end was Mike basically saying this:
"At first, we wanted to prove that we can make a lot of different kinds of music. Now, we just don't care anymore, because we've more than accomished that, proving ourselves to be the most versatile band of all time. So we don't give 2 shits anymore! Yay! Fuck you!"
That captures it all perfectly
