I bought it and I do say it's worth the money. I love the artwork in the book and some of the quotes in it are eye opening into the minds of LP (moreso than just the DVD).

No. In my opinion, I wouldn't even consider spending 110$ on a CD with a book full of artwork. Even if the artwork was amazing. It's not like it's the original paintings or anything.

its not like you'd be able to pick up some orginal artwork for $110 though. but i do see your point.

how long do you normally have to wait to get something delivered from bandmerch? i live in the UK and i placed my order the day before the release, so it must of been then 13th. ideas anyone?

It may be a while. I didn't get my order until the Saturday after release and I ordered it the night it was put on Bandmerch.

Doc, I see your point, but the artwork and photos in the book are high quality, and it's great to sit down with and look through to get the feelings of the pieces.

Well, get ready then. I just got the SPECTACULAR news from BandMerch that the order I placed A MONTH IN ADVANCE is on backorder, and I should receive it late June/early July. Yay for me. I'm glad I downloaded the damn album, or else I'd have it 3 months after everyone else who pre-ordered it.

Also, does the DVD feel a bit like a ripoff to anyone else? I just realized that you almost get more out of the LPTV episodes than you do out of the DVD. Anyone else feel the same?

I do feel the same but I think the special features that they will have on the DVD periodically will be worth it.

yeah it IS hilarious, and what you see in LPTV is not even a quarter of what you see on the DVD for the making so yes it is worth it
