I have the image, but it shows the code for the free month trial. I think the LPU had that intended for those who purchased the album.
I wouldn't be surprised too see an LPU sessions track in it, since the possibility was covered in the contest prize description. I think it could be two at most, since there were two winners. I'd like to see some ATS demos too, and I wouldn't mind hearing that NRL with Chester
It'd be interesting to see what happens if they don't just resort to the tried-and-true "just fill it with old demos" approach. There could be remixes of "A Light That Never Comes", some LPU Sessions stuff and, then, there's room for surprises.
My main focus would definitely be on the Blackout demo, Primo, No Roads Left with Chester (absolutely want), and Clover Leaf. I know it won't happen, but a High quality version of Grecian would be nice. What I absolutely don't want are Xero/Hybrid Theory demos. The only one I enjoy is So Far Away. Everything else is meh.
That new design definitely looks like a design from Toolkit24 (or whatever number), the guy who won the COG Tee Shirt thing. And I have to say it looks good.
Source or it never happened. Also, we knew that the LPU Sessions were going to make it on the LPU CD. If they are on there, it will be nice, for a change, that the LPU followed through with their contests. (Hello, design a new LPU T-shirt contest/Lost In The Echo Remix Contest) I've given up on Pictureboard. Adam said it was "Nothing special." I believe him. I think the reason why we haven't heard it is because LP doesn't want to let the fans down with the hype around the demo.
I love how Pictureboard is being mentioned each year. Keep it going, in like 10 years Mike will finally figure he can't hide it forever
They won't put Pictureboard on an LPU EP, it contains samples SOURCE and they can't sell that unless they pay the original artist/group/whatever. And since we are on year 13, and that hasn't happend yet... it probably never will. The only way we will hear it if it slips through the crack somewhere, or Shinoda gets drunk and uploads it for free somewhere in a "fuck licensing" drunkened rage.
