Oh my, LP having a normal talk with their audience again. Like, actual interaction instead of "u r da best crowd evar". Let's hope they do this more often, I really think this has been lacking in their latest live performances. Anyways, good episode. Enjoyed it.
Damn...some lucky ass people. Was Chester reading that night's set list to the people? I thought so at first but he didn't mention A Place For My Head, so idk what he was doing. haha
That concert was AMAZING! It would be awesome as a blu-ray or something, I really wanna rewatch the whole thing in that quality.
Am I the only one that didn't enjoy this? Barely showed any of the band backstage, which I enjoy the most. And why do they always practice APFMH acoustically?
Sometimes I feel like us fans will never be sated lol. LPTV is kind of an anomaly for a big band these days. And I don't think they practice APFMH acoustically, they practice them ALL that way. They're backstage at their own show, all their gear is loaded up on stage. Usually you see Brad with the acoustic, Mike with a cheaper keyboard with built in speakers and Rob with the practice pad.
That's just Filip, though. I'd like to think that everyone else is familiar with what past episodes have shown us of the band's pre-show routines.
Hi, guys! We translate LPTV SUNSET STRIP TAKEOVER into Russian and can't get what they are saying from 2.00 till 2.23. Couldn't you help, please? Thanks!
"Okay, huddle, huddle, huddle, please - time is of the essence!" "Brad and I did some press at the Whiskey the other day and saw the loadout door where we used to drag the drums and the DJ gear out into Rob's [old] Pathfinder" "So this one's for fun ... and let it be what it is. If you mess up, keep going [if you want], have fun with it ..." That's all I can make out.
I said I didn't enjoy this one that much. The minute a new tour is announced I'm probably most excited for the LPTV's, 'cause I enjoy them a lot. I've watched most (if not all) LPTV's and I'm more than familiar with what the band does before the show. This one just had the band on stage, the speech, a short APFMH acoustic and had barely any conversation of the band members. I'm just saying I didn't like this one. Still love LPTV's, and I'm very happy the band still does them at this point.
