'Hit The Floor' for me. God damn that song goes all out I don't get why it isn't popular. Shit coulda been a single n all. And for some reason I really love 'What We Don't Know' so I'll add that to the underrated list as well
In Between, The Little Things Give You Away, Valentines Day, Hands Held High, Easier to Run and Part of Me.
hit the floor, easier to run and robot boy............. also some of their demos should be played in the bleed it out bridge like part of me, that would suit so good with it cause of the part when mike shinoda says: "cut my self free willingly just stop whats killing me". i think that would be epic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In Between - Love it. Hands Held High - Don't get the hate people have for this. It's a genuinely good song!
Numb. lol. I always had a soft spot for Hit The Floor, even though everybody and their mom thinks it is a weak-ass track. I find it enjoyable and fun. Reading through the thread, I am surprised by how many are giving HTF some love. Can't believe it! It seems it has been public enemy no. 1 since the Meteora release. At least on the LPU forums back then haha.
I never really understood why people praise BTH. Admittedly, while in high school I totally did. Iono if being a songwriter affects my opinion, but I feel that Numb hands down has the strongest lyrics and production on Meteora and it's not even my favorite song. Does anyone else feel that most lyrics on Meteora seem really awkward?
In Between and Robot Boy are sadly put on most people's worst songs lists. In my opinion, they're some of LP's greatest songs.
1. Robot Boy (ATS) 2. In Pieces (M2M) 3. Easier to Run. (Meteora) 4. Pushing Me Away (HT) If I had to go by album.. If I had to choose just 1 song then it's Robot Boy. LP didn't even give it a chance to play live, i guess it would have been a tough song to play live but if they pulled off Blackout, im sure they could have done something for Robot Boy. Imagine the crowd singing along to a song like that. I bet Chester can sing an acoustic version of the song with Mike as background vocals.
