Lost In The Echo is going to obliterate the rock charts. And I think the song will bring in a hell of a lot more people who are on the edge about Living Things than Burn It Down ever did.
The only reason I care about this song being a single is because it's what a lot of people want to hear from Linkin Park. I really hope they manage to reach out to a few more people with this song hitting the radio.
Awesome! Not the single I hoped for I guess, but I this song is one of my favourite, so I'm definitely not complaining! AWESOME! Exciting!!
Albeit, not my favorite(#2), I think it's an AMAZING song for a single. I figured they would just release the slower songs. Awesome pick for a single. This is all happening so fast. FANTASTIC! Edit: Did I read that wrong or are they shooting that in Detroit?
I'd honestly be okay with any song on this album being a single EXCEPT I'll Be Gone. But I could have called Lost In The Echo as the next single. It was the obvious choice. They have almost always (Other than ATS) had the super rap/rock song as the second single. Bleed It Out was and Faint was.
It was already in top 40 songs on itunes at one point. good point. I figured second single would be LITE because it made sense as the next single but you just brought up a very good point. and WFTE was second single which was the song with the most rapping in it on ATS. (unless you say WTCFM had more).
That, and the fact that it's on the CD case It's at 80 now, I remember seeing it at 46 a couple days after the album came out
I saw it as high as 34. Was doing great when album first came out. when it's released as a single, it will do great.
IBG is so boring. I always skip it. But LITE, IMO, is much stronger than BIO. Faint did a fairly good job as a single. This will attract an audience. I'm sure of it.
Lost In The Echo is a good track but not one of my favorites. I can tell why they chose it though. It'll be pretty accepted by the HT fan boys, and then LP will gain more fans back.
