I like your attitude, in that songs do not need a timeline tag on them.

I was going to listen to the last 3 songs between my classes

But my class got out 6 minutes late [IMG]

We only have 10 minutes between classes too [IMG]

But my first listen of Halfway Right: Song is great. Really, really love the lyrics as well as Chester's vocals.

Sorry For Now is the best songs they've made since ATS.

    Let's cut to the chase:

Sorry for now is an absolute stunner. Can't stop belting that chorus out.
Nobody can save me is miles better than battle symphony, and gets better with every listen.
One more light is gorgeous (but sounds better live).
Halfway right is damn weird. Halfway (haha geddit) between really good and quite bad. Not too sure which, but I still think I like it.
Sorry for now is an absolute banger.
Talking to myself is catchy as fuck, Chester knocks it out of the park.
Sharp edges is a nice change of sound to end the album on.

Did I mention that Sorry for now is sensational?

    Gg boys, well played.

Halfway right is such a good song because it's so weird! Which is why I like it so much. But sorry for now and sharp edges have got to be some of the dopest LP tracks ever. And I can't get over how great NBCSM is. What a record this is! I can't wait to listen to the CD in my car since the bass is nice. This record gets a A+ from me. LP polarized us all again and completely flipped their sound yet did it making beautiful and awesome tracks. One more thumbs up

Yes! I agree. I was moved to tears during a few songs. I was stuck in the moments some of these songs had to offer.

I've never been a big fan of LP's soft side. But OML is a very good song, its also very depressing. When Chester says "And your angry, and you should be, its not fair" that really hits me very hard I can relate to that so much on so many different levels, just like everything on HT and Meteora.

I noticed that the songs people like the most are the ones LP didn't release before the album came out. Interesting.

It's just me or the Chester's rap reminds Ed Sheeran's?

TTM is fucking killer. Definitely the song with the most replay value. I already played it over 30 times.

Yeah, they did an awful job with singles this time around whereas when it came to THP (outside of UIG), LT, ATS they did a fantastic job. Even Meteora and HT got the singles right I think.

This might be the first album where the songs released were way worse than the other songs on the album.

Isn't that usually the case with most LP albums though?

I got to be honest. If I hadn't listened to any of the songs released previously to this, I would be very disappointed. But considering how much I hated pretty much everything released in the past couple of months, I think the album didn't turn out as bad as I was expecting. They definitely saved the best for last. Still, it's an okay album at best. There's a few good songs, but I will most likely be skipping at least half of the album when listening to it. It feels very similar to Living Things for me. A few good songs, but overall very forgettable.
Best thing about the album in my opinion was Chester. Mike didn't affect me at all. I really disliked the songs he was in - not because of him.

finally, ive been waiting for chesters rap part for so long, i knew it would sounds so cool :fedora:
sorry for now and invisible are the best imo, theyre on repeat
one more light is so emotional, i havent had that feeling since the messenger
talking to myself is really cool though
and i like good goodbye cause i usually only listen hiphop, lp is the only thing i can appreciate other than that
the others are -right now- not my thing, but will change like always

ps - I totally forgot about Blackout where Chester did some rap stuff years ago :D
Now I like every song, Im listening the album constantly, but still sorry for now is my fav

WFTE and The Catalyst are two of the best songs on ATS. I like GATS more than a good portion of THP.
