Guilty All The Same Full Lyrics: Tell us all again what you think we should be What the answers are, what it is we can't see Tell us all again, how to do what you say How to fall in line, how there's no other way but hope We all know... You're guilty all the same, too sick to be ashamed! You want to point your finger, but there's no one else to blame! You're guilty all the same, to sick too be ashamed! You want to point your finger, but there's no one else to blame! You're guilty all the same! Show us all again that our hands are unclean That we're unprepared, that you have what we need Show us all again, 'cause we can not be saved 'Cause the end is near, now there's no other way Yeah, no, you will know... You're guilty all the same, too sick to be ashamed! You want to point your finger, but there's no one else to blame! You're guilty all the same, too sick to be ashamed! You want to point your finger, but there's no one else to blame! There's no one else to blame! Guilty all the same! Guilty all the same! You're guilty all the same! Yeah, you already know what it is Can y'all explain, what kind of man is destined? When a man has plans of being rich If he falls off his plans, he's wealthy? No room on this fiend, a clean split Non sense the same, he didn't call for this He's filthy, talk team and take the paper route Only think about making pounds, that's it A real team, everybody's expense, no shame with a clear concious No regrets and guilt free, you claim that ain't the way that he built me Smoke scream, we're going in flames No it soon, as soon as the deal peaks See, its time for things to change We arrange that dope product we built cheap Anything is going again Dream, manipulated like artists, its real deep Until no more remains But there's still me, like authenticated product We rock the rock radio, and record companies kill me Try to force me to swing in no gate They got the call, lets say it ain't real The real beat, you feel me? You will see, the great will be to blame Living for the fame, TV or a name Mediocre game, to me your all the same You're guilty You're guilty all the same, too sick to be ashamed! You want to point your finger, but there's no one else to blame! You're guilty all the same, too sick to be ashamed! You want to point your finger, but there's no one else to blame! There's no one else to blame! Guilty all the same! Guilty all the same! Guilty all the same!
I'm thinking there'll be a couple. An album of a minimum 12 heavy songs would be pretty tiresome! Songs in the mood of "Hands Held High" and "Powerless" would be great, but obviously with a different direction.
So I came up with this Q all of a sudden.. Why isn't Rakim listed on the BMI page? I mean, he wrote his verses for sure.. Shouldn't he be listed as one of the writer?
There's a certain freshness with Linkin Park, they discover new sounds, build them and break new grounds, sign, seal and deliver, then move on! This sounds the most complete blend of all their work, wouldn't you agree?
I have to say, I'm still loving this song the next day. I wasn't expecting a song like this from Linkin Park, which made the whole thing a total surprise. Honestly, I haven't been this shocked by a Linkin Park song since The Catalyst. I just love the energy and flow of the song. Also, I might be in the minority, I really enjoy the raw sound of Chester's vocals on the track. Don't worry though, I'm sure we'll get some awesome screams from Chester when the album drops. Can't have all of it once on the first single.
This. I was playing the song on my way to work and I was like "Damn, Rob". I've always loved his style, and I think he displays it very well in this song
It's alright lads, It was cropped from the song Boneyards by Parkway Drive (which i have listened too 7299 times..)
Just random reactions after my first 5 listens. Jesus. This song makes their heaviest material, Given Up, No More Sorrow and QWERTY, sound like pussy shit. Good going LINKIN PARK. Not only that, I hear some electronics in the song too like wut. How does that work so perfectly? Then Chester's vocals... Ugh man. I think the lyrics are talking about the state of rock music. As much as anyone feels like talking about this again... I love you Brad. :wuv:!
I like how it's really different, but I miss the electronics already. The problem for me is that it sounds exactly like something I expected as a demo on an LPU album. Maybe it's the intended rawness, but to me it sounds unpolished and unfinished like for example Across The Line. It does grow on me though.
Those aren't even close to being the correct lyrics for Rakim. Even without official lyrics I can tell you those are WAY off.
