Maybe the IIK is 2K as in Two Thousand. So it becomes 2014? Like 2K12? But that's a really weird way of putting it, so probably not.
Well, as Adreina said. The use of 'K' to substitute zero in Roman numerals isn't valid, apparently. . . . But when you're writing something cryptic, anything is valid. Sooo yeah....
That's exactly why I said it. They seem to have written "IIK" to say "two thousand", but it's ridiculous considering there's MM for that. 2014 is MMXIV.

Sorry for the inconvenience. As of yet. No. Hunting Party was a title found on LP's preview video and "Carnivores" seems to be the name of the LP+30 Seconds to Mars tour.
"Hunting Party 6.14" was on a paper that Brad was holding in the Preview video. The "Carnivore" tour is the leaked name of the upcoming LP-30STM-AFI tour. The tour dates were also leaked. You can check that up in the other news thread.
"Carnivore Tour" = Name of the tour from LP with 30 Seconds to Mars and A Fire Inside, maybe The Hunting Party = This written in the paper close from Brad in the Preview video. Could be the Album Title, but no one knows.
