Tickets are on sale now HERE. Fans, what do you think of this exciting and rare news? Let us know in the LPA Forums! Source: LP Twitter | LP Facebook via bullettrain
This is cool and all but why not some songs from HT EP, Reanimation or ATS in its entirety? In the end, ATS would be the coolest as it's meant to be played from beginning to end.
This is so cool, hope this gets filmed or even put on a blu-ray or something. I assume they'll add the usual Numb, WID, New Divide, but it'd be cool if they did something like Hit the Floor or some other rare tracks too!
Hopefully it'll include High Voltage and My December as well, but to get the whole album together 14 years after the album came out is a treat to be sure. Full Meteora album 2015?
Definitely awesome. I'd been hoping "Pushing Me Away" and "Forgotten" would be played again some time.
In the end, it doesn't even matter... LOL Seriously, this is totally exciting news from the band... playing HT in its entirety is an exciting experience, it brings a lot of wonderful memories back then... I'm just curious on how these materials will be played on stage since there are some guitars were no longer used by Brad in these era?
Well I'm definitely going to Download Festival next year even if it's just for that day I'm just happy that I'll see some of the classics from that album!
This is amazing news. And totally unexpected, I want this on a DVD as well. Lucky people those who go to the show.
I can't help but think this is being done for some type of Hybrid Theory 15th Anniversary Re-Issue. 2014 is just around the corner and 2015 will be here before we know it, and that's the 15 year anniversary of HT. The band's debut has always had a special place in my heart (it helped me get through some really horrible moments when I was younger) and I'd certainly be ecstatic for a remaster of the album.
It would be the best but I kind of get the feeling this is so can keep it heavy considering the festival.
Damn it. I think they just gave into all of the "WE WANT OLD LP!!!!!" fans... I mean people. Don't really count them as Linkin Park fans.
