Linkin Park to Perform in Monterrey, Mexico for MTV World Stage on September 12th

    Linkin Park have announced that the band will be playing Monterrey, Mexico; the capital city of the north-eastern state of Nuevo León, on September 12th as part of an MTV World Stage event that will be later broadcast on MTV Latin America on October 8th, 2012. You can read the official announcement and the full details of the performance below.

    This will be Linkin Park's first time back in Mexico since March 2nd, 2002, where they played a show in Mexico City at Foro Sol.

    strangely enough I have friends down there. Thinking about making the journey if my friend can get tickets lol.

    I seriously hope this is not the planned visit to Mexico that Warner Mexico told us about, I really wanted to see them in Mexico City on September :(

    Great news for people in Monterrey though.

    Finally LP in mexico and for free
    I hope i can get one of those tickets because i dont know if they are planning another date
    after that event in another city (mexico city , guadalajara, queretaro or león)

    because is 12 hours driving from Guanajuato and the road sucks,
    and is dangerous because the mafias

    I was so happy when I heard this. :D

    but.. so how would, say a USA resident get a ticket? lol. :/
    Heard that right now it's limited to those in Monterrey and MTV are trying to make it available to more people in Mexico but I want to go lol.

    What can I say, I want to see them as much as I can before they go back to Europe lol. xD Plus Mexico isn't far..but seriously would like to know as this may be my only chance to see LP outside of the US lol.
