For 2025, Mike Shinoda promised that Linkin Park would tour "heavily", and now we're starting the see the first proof to that. It has just been announced that Linkin Park will be headlining Sonic Temple on May 10, 2025! Linkin Park has never played at Sonic Temple before, the festival started in 2019 while the band was still on hiatus, but they did play at the predecessor festival, Rock on the Range in 2015 when they headlined with Slipknot and Judas Priest. The band joins Metallica and Korn in headlining the show, and on the day they'll play alongside other bands like Incubus, Bullet for my Valentine, I Prevail and many others. It's sure to be a great show. The festival takes place between May 08 - 11, Korn headlines on Thursday (May 08), Metallica headlines on Friday (May 09) and Sunday (May 11), Linkin Park headlines on Saturday (May 10th). Are you going to this show or any others in 2025? Come and discuss in our forums. Source: Linkin Park Twitter
Man, it's really exciting to start seeing all these festival announcements popping up. We're really gearing back up now. No basis for this, but with Danny Wimmer Presents also doing Louder than Life in September, I've got my fingers crossed for a festival date plopped in there for it. Just a hair closer and more doable for me.
mhhh, some bands of this line up were also announced for Rock am Ring today. LP following in November would be really good. #Copium
Wow, Framing Hanley is a name I haven’t thought about in… 17 years. This looks like a nostalgic lineup.
This lineup is insane. I really want to go! Might buy tickets and hope I have money for travel at a later date.
