Well, thanks I guess..."can help" sounds a lot like "he doesn't, but it would be great if..." Anyway, a handful of reviews had no mention of Chester. Wanted to confirm I was hearing correctly.
KTTK: 10/10 AFN: 10/10 GATS:8/10 TS:6/10 War:7/10 Wastelands:7/10 UIG:7/10 Rebellion:10/10 MTG: 7/10 (need to listen to it more, but this is what I think so far) Drawbar:8/10 FM:9/10 ALITS: 8/10
People are way too generous with their grading. 10 should technically mean like.. the best thing you've ever heard..ever. Should it not? (/10) Keys To The Kingdom: 8.5 All For Nothing: 6.5 Guilty All The Same: 7.0 The Summoning: 7.0 War: 2.0 Wastelands: 6.5 Until It's Gone: 5.5 Rebellion: 7.0 Mark The Graves: 8.0 Drawbar: 8.5 Final Masquerade: 7.0 A Line In The Sand: 7.5
wow , what an album, keys to the kingdom -well i dont think its the kinda song i can listen to anytime, idk if it will grow on me, but some brutal screaming is always helpful in gym all for nothing - this song grew on me since first listen guilty all the same - well idk why ppl aren't liking it as much as the entiere album, maybe just because it was released first and rest of the songs are a new surprise, for me its still in the top three songs on the album.. war - well i want another 2-3 mins on this, that end is annoying ! keeps me wanting more ! wastelands - this is good, specially the chorus , and the vibe the song generates until its gone - meh, i mean i still dont get why this song features on this album ... rebellion - welcome song after until its gone mark the graves - probably on of THE songs on the album final masquerade - well for me, the vocals of chester on this are bloody amazing and probably the best on the album a line in the sand - why do i feel the vibes of all other songs combined into one songs, i'm not too upbeat about this on, will see if it grows on me.
Final Masquerade is getting no love. It's such a beautiful song. Dem Melodies ALITS was a bit of let down. It doesn't touch TLTGYA epicness.

These are my ratings for each track, granted I only listened to the album twice in full & it was low quality, so ratings will probably change in a few weeks. 1. Keys To the Kingdom-6/10 2. All For Nothing- 9.5/10 3. Guilty All The Same- 9/10 4. The Summoning-5/10( not much to this) 5. War-8.5/10 6. Wastelands-9/10 7. Until It's Gone- 5/10 8. Rebellion- 8/10 9. Mark The Graves-5.5/10 10. Drawbar-8.5/10 11. Final Masquerade 6.5/10 12. A Line In The Sand- 5.5/10
iTunes is a bad quality rip? I haven't heard the album yet so I'm waiting on a better quality one to surface. So far no dice, other than the edited iTunes rip.
Keys to the kingdom - 10/10 All for nothing - 8/10 Guilty all the same - 8/10 The summoning - 6/10 (this can easily be on ATS interludes) War - 8/10 ( the guitars here are so good) Wastelands - 7/10 Until it's gone 6/10 ( if the lyrics were better and not repetitive...) Rebellion - 8/10 Mark the graves - 9/10 Drawbar - 9.5/10 Final Masquerade - 9/10 A line in the sand - 10/10
I have a question. Why do you randomly use capital letters in the beginnings of words? "The highs of this album are much higher than other the Highs of other LP albums but the Lows of this album are some of the Lowest of the band." "No need for you guys to Butcher a genre. Emphasis on Butcher." "I think being a Punk fan made me like this song a lot less since Im used to Good punk." This might seem too anal and unneccessary, but I see it all the time, not just with you, and I can't help but wonder why. You couldn't have just randomly hit Shift.
I'm gonna go ahead and be the one to say it: I'm ready for the 7th album! I don't mean that in a negative way though. I love THP so far. I'm just excited to see what the band does next! Should be interesting!
It was the most creative few minutes on the album. The thing with instrumentals is they aren't held back by the predictability or cliche structures of songs with vocal parts, especially in the case of Linkin Park. They took full advantage and came up with something really cool and appealing to the ears. I found it to be an excellent bridging track to Final Masquerade. Help ease the album from a very heavy sound down to the level of FM.
All For Nothing has really grown on me over the day. It took probably 7 or 8 listens, but now I'm kind of getting into it.
