Linkin Park are set to release a strictly limited collectable Transformers figurine (2000 units), only available from SURU and other selected comic/hobby shops. Linkin Park and Hasbro are collaborating on a super-limited LINKIN PARK EDITION SOUNDWAVE. It’s a new and exclusive model based on the original 1984 toy, the one I grew up playing with. It includes Lazerbeak, Buzzsaw, and Ravage. There will only be 2000 units, available at SURU and comic/hobby shops. Hasbro is currently showing a sample of it, inside the Transformers booth at Comicon. Here are some pics from Les, the designer. Shout out to Mr. Hahn for overseeing it’s golden glory on our end (no, it’s not real gold). The LINKIN PARK SOUNDWAVE will be available later this year. What are your opinions on the latest collectable from Linkin Park? Who fancies owning one of these? Please leave your thoughts and opinions on our boards! Source: MikeShinoda.com via Death Slayer
Don't normally collect items like this. I still have to get round to purchasing that A Thousand Suns Gundam Wing edition and it depends if this item would be sold online as well to purchase?
I always thought they would use Starscream if they ever did anything like this :" Looks pretty cool, just the same. [THUMB]http://mikeshinodalp.files.wordpress.com/2012/07/img_5631.jpeg?w=596[/THUMB]
Unless this toy has a button that plays What I've Done, New Divide or Iridescent, I can't see how having it relates to Linkin Park.
Looks awesome. I wouldn't mind getting one. On a side note, this news post reminds me of my old screen name (Soundwave).
