Have Linkin Park ever used female vocals on a studio album? Have Linkin Park ever experimented with R&B rhyme pattern? Have Linkin Park ever really used TRAPBEATZZ on their songs?
im on the hype train now, this last clip made the song sound better than i heard before in the past teasers.... and now I want to hear the final product tomorrow. Im a big fan of the rock music that they made in the past, but thanks to that i like the band soo much at the point that I listen to what doesnt contain that kind of music. And i want to hear this like i said before.
The first single frm lp's album always represents the theme/concept of album... ..i get iridescent/final masquerade production vibe Lets see what this album represents.....hope we get a lengthy album Who agrees this??
Not quite sure but at the end of the clip I think Kiiara and Chester go back and fourth singing "why is everything so heavy". I love that. Edit: More like they are harmonizing and then Chester just delivers the line on his own. I still like it!
Genius just changed the cover picture and added the album title to the lyric page of Heavy so I think its pretty much confirmed that the new album's title is "One More Light".
btw. the sound of "heavy" in the teasers sounds to me like if One More Light were a direct continuation of Living Things
Durr get over it. This is so experimental you just don't get it!!! Nu metalZ is ded. Go away with ur opinion
This sounds so good! The melody and lyrics have been stuck in my head for the past couple of days now, and to be honest they are catchy as hell! HYPE!
Thats kind of my point. It just sounds so run of the mill pop like everything on the radio lately. It sounds like justin bieber or something. It just doesnt have that unique quality that they usually put on even there more poppy stuff. Stuff like Robot boy,Blackout I think is a good example. It kind of took the pop approach but it still sounds very linkin park to me. My december is another good example. If you played just those instrumentals you can tell its LP. If I heard Heavy on the radio without hearing any details about it I would of thought it was another collaboration like the one they did with that dj. Not an official track off the new album. Now yes I know it is a collaboration vocally. I wonder if instrumentally this had any collaborators or was it just Mike who made the instrumental.
You really think this is experimental!? that just made me laugh really hard thanks! And this is why I barely come to these boards anymore. Anyone with a different opinion even with valid arguments are told to GO away!
Looks like I am the only one who thinks chester really shined on this clip even when the clip was centred around kiara
Clearly, you do. You're obviously one of LP's fans who still want to hear more heavy (this is kinda funny in retrospect, hehe) songs from them, and this album is clearly not something that would satisfy you. And that's fine. But don't come here every day complaining about the direction they're taking now while not offering any kind of constructive criticism. Your bias is off the rocker. I don't understand why you're still here, really.
