Rumor has it that LIMP BIZKIT has been dropped from Interscope Records. No other information is known at this time and is strictly a rumor at this point.

This is a RUMOUR for now, but i thought i'd share it with u guys as the story unfolds

I heard this on the APC.org message board too! Their source was the COLD ARMY Message Board. They also said that its rumoured they signed with Epic records....

Whatever happens, I'm glad to see that Interscope has come to its senses :p

Not really. Results May Vary was a lot better then most other CD's in 2003. They just chose to release really stupid singles to represent the album and not the stand out ones like "Build A Bridge" and "Drown".

RMV only had 5 or 6 good sounds out of the 12+ that are on there. Ugh. It was not that good of a CD.

But the good ones were really good I thought. Oh well, limpbizkit lost popularity..I mean they were called the worst band of 2003...cant get anymore brutal then that.

No, but they might re-make a few of those songs for the "heavier" album they are/were supposed to release this year.

I never listened to them really. They had a few good songs but they never really grew on me music-wise. I don't think they ever will either. If they don't get their act together that is. They seem kind of whiney really. Sorry if I offended anyone.

And that will bring success. At least, or of their ols fans (including me :p), will return, provided they have the big "Nookie"-style hit in the album. If you think about it, few bands make a successful album without a smash-hit.

    UPDATE

"Limpbizkit are upset with songs from the new cd that they are working on (which is still untitled) while they are on the road were leaked onto the internet.
It was thought that an exec member from Interscope records was responsible for the leak.
After confrontation between Mr Durst and several members of interscope, Mr Durst was claiming "If this #### keeps happening, people will have songs months before the album release".
As a result of this, there is talk over at Interscope of dropping Limpbizkit From the label."

exactly i think fred durst in a little whiney and annoying, he is a great artist though...

that is a cool quote! Prooving that Fred is not completely annoying and has the sense to yell at his label for doing that ^_^

Limp Bizkit (or limpbizkit, or Limp Biscuit, or LB, or The Fred Durst Band) works well for the pre-teen angst demographic of kids who want to grow up faster than puberty will allow. Everyone enjoys them at one point or another. Then we realize, like everything we did as children, it was just silly :p

Despite that, the true essesence of the band came from Wes Borland, who, in my opinion, was the only creative member that diversified their music. It's a shame his band never picked up.
