Having not heard any of the remixes before, I find myself liking the album. There are meh moments, but also some good, energetic stuff. Hardstyle Victimized was a lot of fun Rick Rubin's take on ALTNC had me cringing a bit with that Africa vibe, I didn't really like that.
it actually exceeded my expectations, Mike's verse in "i'll be gone" is the best in the "Living Things era". I really liked Rick Rubin's remix, also liked the second part of COG, didn't really liked the first part. Victimized fits perfectly, whereas the skin to bone remix has a kind of Fort Minor influence that i'm happy to hear... The second remix of I'll Be Gone is cool too, i already loved Enferno's remix of Powerless. In short more good tracks than bad tracks (Burn it down XD) in my opinion

For the first time ever (In my own point of view) Linkin Park creates something that really dissapoints me. Yeah, there are like 6 tracks I haven't heard yet, but when 8 tracks out of 14 has been released, And only 2 of these tracks are enjoyable (A light that never comes, and Until It Breaks (Money Mark Remix)) And only the rap part from ''I'll Be gone'' feat Pusha T was enjoyable Please man, I hope this is just a phase that Mike and the guys are having right now. And that this style won't have any influence on the Mall OST and the next LP album. Because seriously, putting a whole album in a cheap blender, making every track just seem like the same flavor. Doesn't make the smoothie taste any different than the last one.
