    How long is you sig allowed to be in pixels?

    Pixels...not sure, but the above should give you a slight idea.

    I'm pretty sure that you can't be over 525 pixels:
    <-----------------this way--------------------->
    But vertically, it has to be under 5 or 5 1/2 inches. And that is: 396 pixels. But I would stay below 390, just to be certain.

    You may not exceed 525 Pixels going horizontally and like Theory just said I'd recommend staying below 390 pixels for height as any more is greately testing the 5 1/2 inch length limit.
