-LPTimes/LPLive The 'Leave Out All The Rest' single will be available on November 26, according to Warner Music Japan. The tracklisting is as follows: 'LEAVE OUT ALL THE REST' CD SINGLE 01. Leave Out All The Rest 02. Leave Out All The Rest (Live at Milton Keynes) 03. Leave Out All The Rest (Remix) A small snippet of the remix can be heard here (3rd track down), or you can download the mp3 I ripped from it here.
Wow, way to ruin a perfectly good song. I'm a fan of most of the remixes LP does of their songs, but this is not only repetitive but you also can barely hear the vocals. UGH. Just terrible.
I'm a little confused, the Leave Out All the Rest CD single was already released months ago? 01. Leave Out All the Rest 02. In Pieces (Live in Washington D.C. 8/19/07) 03. Leave Out All the Rest (Live in Detroit 8/22/07) ^The CD single with this tracklisting was released way back in July. I guess this must be some kind of Asia-exclusive single. *Edit* I think this is a new Japanese EP. The full tracklisting, according to the translated Japanese from the site with the streaming clips, is as follows: 01. Leave Out All the Rest 02. Leave Out All the Rest (Live) 03. Leave Out All the Rest (Remix) 04. Leave Out All the Rest (Music Video) 05. Leave Out All the Rest (Live Video)
It's repetitive because it's the end of the song. You can hear it fade out near the end. It's a dance/club type mix, and to be honest I think it sounds pretty good.
You wouldn't have to, you'd be raving to LOATR. Unless you want to bump and grind to the musical stylings of Frodo and Smeagol.
