I noticed at the bottom of each individual forum, the default way to order topics is by Last Post Date. But, in Newbie Camp and News, it's by Topic Start Date. I tried changing it, but if I exit the forum and go back in, it resets to Topic Start Date. Not a big deal, but it annoys me when the topics in those 2 forums have new posts and they're halfway down the page.

Yeah. That's the way we do it. If we had it any other way, the topics on the news page would go up and down because of new posts in their threads.

Makes sense to me. You want the most recent news at the top, and I suppose you want the newest newbie at the top of their forum so it's easier to ban them without having to search through the forum. :chemist:
