John "JJ" Jackson Dead At 62

I don't know if any of you remember him, or even heard of him, but he was one of the original MTV VJ's when they debuted in the early 80s. It's sad to see him pass away. In my mind there wouldn't be a MTV without the original VJ's, simply because without them MTV wouldn't have had a format. He was one of the funnier, charismatic VJ's. He'll be missed. :'(

 

That's sad to hear even though I have no idea who he is.

 

I know who he is, I dont know of him because I'm too young, but he seemed like a cool guy.
