So as far as I know this is probably the first and last time Joe has ever used that twitter account.

 

Nice. I didn't even know he had a twitter/blog. Hope he updates often like Mike does with his blog.

Big props for the wah pedals and Lemur controller in the rig. But Dre Beats headphones? Come on, Joe. I'd expect you to have better standards.

It's almost definitely a KP3. Kaossilators are compact, silver with yellow lining, and completely terrible.

And the Lemur must be new for him. I'm dying for a look at how he runs it.


EDIT: and wow, I just realized, all those squares around his mixer and turntable are trigger pads. I was wondering where his bank of samplers went. I could never keep track of that layout though. Anybody know what those slim samplers are??? I see four with 12 pads each; left and right of the mixer, bottom and left of the turntable. 48 samples at the ready at any given time. Nice.




As you can tell I go fucking nuts when musicians post gear porn on their blogs. Especially electronic stuff.

Just noticed, another 2x6 sampler on the other setup behind the main one. And a random laptop on the floor.

 

Korean BBQ places are pretty dope. There's one where I live. It's a buffet. You grab uncooked marinated meat and just throw them on the grill at your table. It's fucking delicious.
