Please god, don't let "A Light That Never Comes" and "A Sun That Never Shines" co-exist. Hope that's just the tentative title... :/
Still in progress but according to amazon.fr this week Right now they probably can't find the movie in their warehouse and a poor guy has to cruise to all their depots to find it ^^
Curious about that Amazon France listing. Odd that it's "In stock", yet apparently the movie isn't releasing until Fall. Ether way, I'm really only interested in the OST (Sorry, Hahn). OST and LPU 14 this Fall, it's exciting. I wouldn't mind half having lyrics, the rest just being instrumentals. Honestly, I'd be happy if we got at least two songs with lyrics.
Quite positive. The DVD listing (I'm getting the Blu) actually shows how many they have left in stock (it's currently at 11). Plus, I emailed them last night to increase the quantity of my order, which they have replied to and advised that it's been done.
Someone here made a joke about that being the title and idiots latched onto it not realising it was a joke, even posting it under that name on Youtube. It's quite funny, really.
I knew it was someone with a name sounding like yours! And the joke on itself isn't as funny taken alone without the fact that so many people took it seriously. That's what made it gold. Expert trolling.
Wow definitely let us know what happens when you get em. It's weird how the official release isn't until fall, and yet Amazon France is selling the movie? I mean the info about the fall release is coming straight from the from a member of the band...yet it's being sold, which makes no sense. Does Joe even know what's going on with his own movie?
It could simply be a case of different distributors. The US distributor is evidently holding the film until 'fall' for the US, whilst the distributor in France is deciding to release it STV, now. Wouldn't be the first time something like this has happened that's for sure. The Aussie film 'Drift' was released on Blu-ray as 'Wave Breakers' in Sweden about the same time as it was being released theatrically locally (Australia). We then didn't get the Blu-ray until September! Crazy, given the film was shot and produced here.
Just for the record, my source was naming a few months to possibly next year for the release, so I believe strongly now that the comments were in reference to the US release since Joe has backed up those statements with his "fall" announcement. What you said in regards to alternate distributors in other countries makes perfect sense. The movie clearly appears to be done, it was just an issue of a solid release plan. ...which makes me wonder, if Mall is coming this fall are we technically getting two albums of Linkin Park music this year? . After all Mike is singing on that trailer song, which means it's not just instrumentals.
I doubt too many songs will have vocals, but we should essentially get an LP album (more like an LPU album but more official music than LPU albums)
