Today I went on iTunes to buy some songs, and there wasn't a way I could buy them! I looked at various artists, and none of the songs were displayed, I couldn't even sample them or anything, there was nothing. Did anyone else ever have this problem, or is something wrong with my computer?
I hate to go off about my own problems with the program in somebody else's thread, but it's better than opening a new thread which would be the millionth post regarding iTunes. Anyway, I can't access the music store. It all started when I installed Bad Apple (a program which supposedly allows you to sync other MP3 players to iTunes- yeah right) (www.badfruit.com) I got it working once today but I can't seem to get it to work otherwise. Yes I have tried installing the stupid Bad Apple.
And you've upgraded to iTunes 6? Could be the problem. Otherwise, Bad Apple fucked something up. Reinstall iTunes.

Hm. Then I don't quite know. Sorry man. =\
No problem...I'm accustomed to my music collection and things regarding music fucking up numerous times.

the bad apple program you installed may have done something to your registry so that it keeps doing it no matter how many times you uninstall and reinstall iTunes. locate where it installed to your registry and delete it, but back up your registry before doing any of that because you don't want to screw up any more things than necessary.
since i have not installed bad apple i wouldnt know exactly where it is in your registry but this is how you would go about doing so. please note that your registry is very delicate and even deleting the something that looks useless may actually be vital so only delete the things related to the program and nothing else. -Start -Run -type "regedit" and hit enter your registry editor should now be open. to back up your registry go to.... -File -Export save it to some place safe and some place where you will remember it. my guess on where your bad apple installed itself would be.... -HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -SOFTWARE -Apple Computer, Inc. -iTunes i have no idea what bad apple has done to your registry so maybe the company that developed that software has placed its own company name into the registry. so my advice would be to search your registry throughly and if it hasn't done anything to your registry or you don't feel comfortable doing this, don't do it all because this is just general instructions on how i might go about doing this.
