Ok so I finally bought the Itouch software upgrade (on Saturday the 15th) for $9.95 according to the billing statement apple sent me... but in the past 2 days they billed me 1 day for just $1 and then yesterday they billed me for $10.25 as well... I already sent in a thing to Apple about it but who knows if they'll send me anything back...

apparently the location this is coming according to my debit card is from 866-712-7753 which when called is like an automated Apple Support guy that just tells you if you need help goto the Apple site...

    any ideas?

You shouldn't have gotten anything made by Apple to start with, even iTunes is starting to give me the shits lately.

The $1 charge was probably to make sure your account was valid because often times a store will do a $1 charge to make sure there is money in the account and then they charge the amount for what you are purchasing (I've seen this done at Blockbuster)...but I don't see why they would have charged $10.25 if the software upgrade was $9.95. It could be sales tax?

The $1 is an authorization on your card and should go away in a few days. And they're probably charging you sales tax, hence the $10.25
