Okay. I've been thinking of buying a type of portable media player and I've narrowed it down to either the 60Gb iPod Video or the Archos AV560 (which is also 60Gb). The iPod costs £299 in the UK at the moment but I know someone heading out to New York soon who could get one there for £229.20 (Which would be the price of the 30Gb one in the UK). More info... The Archos costs more than that but has a larger screen (4"), it costs £350. More info... Basically, it all boils down to one question... Which would you get? xD
The monitor on the iPod video is amazing quality, I must say. But then there's compatibility problems, I believe, with having to convert video and whatnot. But that feature on the Archos where you can record directly from your TV is a huge reason to get it. Only 50 pouinds extra? I'd suggest Archos.
