These guys are such a good band...theyre up and comming ...and probably be big soon! there like linkin park except without mike! most of their songs are about love/tragedy/and no fitting in and not handling situations its really good music...their very indie right now but i would recommend them 2 anyone! songs i would recommend: Have You Ever Felt?, How Can I Live?, Numb, With You, Te Amo...I Hate You the guy is spanish and you might hear some spanish words in some songs! but its very well put 2gether! and their influence is linkin park if u go on the website and check it out www.illnino.com
Hahaha, they're not really up & comers, they have atleast five albums / EP's out. They're pretty well known over here and with the people I know. I like Ill Nino, some of their songs are really good where as others don't hit me too much. Overall I think they're pretty good with some decent songs.
Like Raj said, their far from up and comming, they have 3 studio albums released. Plus, they are nothing like Linkin Park, IMO. Except for one song is 'formatted', persay, like Lying From You, but that's about it. And their influence is Soulfly, not Linkin Park. I read that in one of their albums booklets some time ago. They were just recently released from Roadrunner, but have since signed to a new label, who's name is far from my mind at the moment.
Ill Nino's old stuff is much better than their new stuff. 'What Comes Around' is one of my favorite songs.
Used to be one of my favourite bands, but I've gone off them a bit now. They seem to be slowly going downhill with each album though.
Ill Niño's a great band. But they're really far from being "up and comers." They've been in the business for a while now and they're really popular. As for being "influenced" by Linkin Park, only their drummer, Dave Chavarri, is influenced by them. As a whole, I doubt the whole band even likes Linkin Park.
Influenced or not, they're a pretty good band. I like their blend of styles but some songs I just don't care for. I like most of Confession and a few songs off of the other 2 albums.
