Hybrid Theory

What made Linkin Park to call themselves Hybrid Theory?
IS it because what they said about how "we all come from different places..."???

 

They got the name because they're a mesh of several different genres—a hybrid. Their theory is that you can mesh all those genres together and get an amazing sound; thus, Hybrid Theory.

 

Though we now know that as a fact .

 

Yeah that's what I thought...as I said in the quotation marks...Chester (I think) said that each one of them brought with him the specialty of his place etc.

 

its the fact that they played techno,rap,rock,etc.

 

techno??They never played techno...they played electronica...or..is that the same thing I dunno...

 

That's about the same yeah... There are some differences, but it's kinda a mix of the 2 that they play .
