This has always bothered me since I heard Xero's tracks and their horrible quality. There isn't any "tape drives" to record from, so how are tapes ripped? If you're bothered by my ignorance, I'm really sorry, I am bothered by it too.

But the tracks sound pretty bad, and I guess it's because of a crappy ripping. I wish I had the tape, not only to listen to the songs better, but also to rip them properly and share them and get the crappy ones outta the Internet (they piss me off).

If you supposedly had the tape, why in the hell would you let it get crushed? Something thats worth around $2,000 should be better taken care of.
