So it's that time again. Lets hear your prediction on the next album's first week sales.

I have no idea what the next album sounds like, other than BID and I doubt the full album will stick to one theme. So my prediction is around 204K units.

A poll would have been useful.

I'm betting they won't hit the #1 spot this time.

I'm also kind of skeptic that it'll hit #1 this time, especially since Maroon 5's Overexposed is released at the same day. Maroon 5 has a HUGE FANBASE.

A Thousand Suns isn't even platinum yet.

    150k

Purely due to the fact that people are "forgetting" LP after the last album.
    No denying it.

I will come back here when I've heard Living Things. I think the album will sell very well, because we can hear in Burn it down it is more an old Linkin Park that's my opinion. But Neither we can say it will sell very well nor it will sell bad. On the fact LP is coming back to their roots a little bit, I would say it can be sell very well. And there is another fact too, the name LP stands for a big Fanbase ...they sell itself.

I think this is something we cannot predict, even by just reading the trends. Albums can always surprise us, for better or worse. I will simply say that I hope it sells more than the last one.

Do those numbers only count physical copies or iTunes album sales also?
