I hope it comes out before the world ends.
Honestly, bullshit or not, its fun to post these things cause people debate over it .
^ Derek, get at Adam. Maybe he can verify this.
Don't sweat, by that point, we'll all be living with Linkin Park in a space ship, singing 'Leave Out All The Rest' and playing holographic chess. Bet the Mayan's didn't see that one coming.
Even if he had the exact release date, album title, and tracklisting (which he likely doesn't as ATS wasn't even finalized until The Catalyst video shoot was over), he's not going to just give it up to some fan site before the band posts it. Our only chance is to find a leak like we did for ATS when we premiered the tracklisting. And trust me, we're looking at all our sources *daily* for you guys.
And then we'll burn inside the fires of a Thousand Suns (well actually just the one sun).
Exactly, and all because Chester was too busy staring into the sun and singing his heart out, instead of actually navigating the damn ship.
I'm actually going to say that this information may be somewhat true. I think we will see an album in 2012. Yes, I am very indulged in anticipation but given the Rubin article along with this information it may hold truth. Cross your fingers..... heres to 2012!
I'm hoping it's true. Though, I have a strange feeling they might just be blowing smoke up our asses.
I hope not. For a few reasons.
“@LPAssociation: HOT 99.5 Radio Claim Linkin Park Are Almost Finished With New Album” M: is HOT 99.5 where we get our reliable news now?
Judging by Mike's last tweets, I'm going to take a stab and say Hot 99.5's news might be slightly off.
Another of Mike's posts:
BREAKING NEWS: HOT 99.5 Radio changing format to classic country, renaming station "Howdy 99.5 Radio" in February 2012.
Yeah guys, living in the area where 99.5 is the big station, I can tell you they are very much the TMZ of radio stations in this area. All style no substance. Their idea of a "source close to the label" is probably a bum that begs for change next to the WMG offices.
Hahaha, probably this guy.
The thing I don't understand is, if they only have to master 4 more songs, wouldn't the album get released a lot sooner?
I think they have to complete 4 more songs. This is really unexpected.
When he's not sexually assaulting horses in Berlin, he spreads false rumors about Linkin Park.
This has been discredited by Mike. Pass it on, album is NOT near finished.
Hahaha, and yet he still never actually came out and called it bullshit 100%. Just mocked the legitimacy of it.
You could have at least left the original article up so people could have read it!
