Hollywood Undead Myspace Page I fell in love with this band last night when I saw their video for 'Undead' on scuzz at 12:45 and decided to download their album. They're Rap/Rock but they're not some 2001 nu-metal revival band. Their style is so damn diverse, catchy and energetic. I highly recommend everyone check them out.
ya they are great i like them alot they are ranked number 3 on my favorite bands list right now behind Lp and Slipknot
I've been listening to them for a few months now, and I really like them, when they're not getting on my nerves. They rarely fail to make me want to get up and... do something. And now I have to go drown myself, because I just referenced Britney Spears while talking about Hollywood Undead.
I think they're just like 3OH!3 in that they are allowed to be obnoxious (to an extent) because they are joking around (in a way). They kick ass.
I don't really like the songs I've heard. I'd probably listen to their album to see if they can change my mind though.
Hollywood Undead are AWESOME. I made a topic about these guys while ago when I first got into them. Yeah some of their material can be annoying, but it's too damn awesome and hilarious not to love. I saw them live about a week ago and it was amazing. If you like them alot I suggest you see them live, it's alot of fun.
I've been listening to them for a while now, and yeah, they're pretty sweet. I think McLovin's analogy is pretty good, only Hollywood Undead are a bit more serious than 3OH!3, lol. One of their rappers sounds alot like Eminem, though.
I really like about half of their stuff. The other half is too stupid and mainstream hip-hop-ish. Young and City are killer songs.
I have listened to "My Black Dahlia", "No. 5", "Knife Called Lust", "Scene For Dummies", "The Kids", "I Must Be Emo", "Christmas In Hollywood" and a bunch of their other songs in the past. I have a love/hate relationship with them. I think I hate the "scene" they cater to more than their music. But anyway, I just now decided to check out their album out of boredom. I'm kinda ashamed to admit this but it's actually quite good. I'm shocked, lol. I absolutely love "Sell Your Soul", "No Other Place", "This Love, This Hate" and "City" the most. Good album, even though there is definitely an Eminem vibe to their music.
I told you they were awesome. I bet Dead Celebrity Status wanted to jump off a cliff when they first heard these guys.
I was just waiting for someone to say something about that. They're not as good as IPS though, I just felt like changing that sig 8 months or so since I jacked it from you.
just got hold of the album - i havnt listened to it all yet (obviously) but im liking what im hearing so far
Undead is just a ridiculously catchy energetic song. It makes me just wanna start a most pit and go crazy on stage lol.
They opened with Undead at their show, and man, it was about as crazy in the pit as most metal shows. Pretty much just for that song though.
