Hey everyone, I am a scary newbie :P

I'm miaz and I am 17 (nearly 18... woot!). I live in a lovely place called Gloucester in the UK, it is an ok place but it isn;t terribly exciting really.

I hope to have as much fun here as I do on the LP Ficiton boards.

I should hope that I do understand the fundamentals of English Language and grammar. Otherwise my A in my GCSEs wouldn't mean jack.

Hi Miaz! (cool name there). I'm Meghna, I eat apples, and like pickled mangos and rice (no kidding). What about you? You seem great- so many posts already! (its not unhealthy, no matter what the pyschologists say). So since you are from the UK, do you like soccer? or cricket? In case of the latter, do you thing England should have been awarded the test?

I've gotten into football and cricket since I have been going out with my current boyfriend.. I know what the offside rule is and how to spot it! But i still don't understand what an LBW is in cricket quite yet.

Quite frankly, England should ave been awarded it as Pakistan failed to go out onto the pitch on time. End of. I'm not really in an argumentative or diiscussion mood today... I'm coming fown with a headcold rather quickly

Bleargh, I know how that feels. Cold is the worst thing to come down with you feel headachy and tired the whole day but nobody thinks your in a very bad condition because it so common. >.<
