hmm..I didn't get a helicopter. I also used the tank on the level where you have to save Lance, that backstabbing prick...but when I got to the building he was in, I had to go in reverse to get the guy on the rightside of the building, and I would miss and he would throw me out of the tank and him and the other guy would kill me. So I ended up having to kill everyone but the 2 outside, and the one inside, and then got out and killed them with my uzi. I'm pretty sure if you kill the cubans on the dock, and then the car that drives off, you will beat the mission. I didn't have to destroy the boats. (i tried like 50 times, and they kept shooting me down. so finally i went after the dock guys and a pop up came up sayin they were escaping in the car, so i killed them and wala! i beat it) The last mission is quite hard also. But I'm not gonna ruin it for anyone who's not beat it.
Yes, had. I formatted my pc and didn't think it was worth reinstalling again. I already beat Vice City and killing random people can only be fun for a certain amount of time.
