Does anyone think the lyrics to Green Day:American Idiot are actualy some good and serious points? I actualy do because America is just overrun with conspiracies its unreal! (NOTE:No offence to any American people,as a matter of fact I love America )
What part of the lyrics do think are about conspiracies? I can't see the connection. If anything some of it seems to be slightly anti-conspiracy, although even that is a major stretch. It is an great song though, especially the first verse. Full lyrics, since you didn't post them:
i don't really care what the lyrics say. Aslong as they are half decent i'll listen to it. And American Idiot is a great album IMO.
That, like I said before, seems almost anti-conspiracy,although I see how it could be interpreted either way.
Im not really bothered about the song lol but Greendays new album is their best material to date and' boulvard of broken dreams' is now my 2nd fave greenday song. I think their best is 'Hitchin' a ride'
I thought it was "Well, maybe I'm a f***head American". Oh well. Great song btw.
I thought it was "f*cked-up American".
The lyrics are true though.
i like the song alot but the lyrics some of it welll i donno...
Has anyone seen the CD at walmart or are those sons of bitches censoring something that isn't conservative ass kissing again? I was in White Trash Mart earlier and for the hell of it, thought I would look to see if they have it (not to buy it though, I dont buy CDs at that place) and sure enough, they didn't. Chances of the Wal-Mart here being sold out are next to nothing because everyone in this town except for the college kids are old rednecks who don't like Green Day, but Wal-Mart still sells other CDs the old rednecks won't like, like Nelly. So it seems to me Wal-Mart is doing what they do best and censoring the CD. Can anyone confirm this?
