I once promised myself that I would never venture into this forum, but then a question popped into my mind. I'm fond of graphics (that's easy to say) so..blahblahblahlongwindedintro... To the point then: Do you prefer the older 'graphic style' that came from HT (the dark colours etc). The futuristic and angular style that arose from Reanimation? Perhaps the...stuff from Meteora? Or maybe the new 'gothic' art? Personally I liked the reanimation style. I'm into manga and all that jazz and the robots were very easy to draw and make other creations from it. Just my two cents, but how about yours? Discuss, dear friends.
I like Meteora's booklet and I think the cover looks pretty decent with the yellow/gold but not with the blue. Hybrid Theory tops all the covers though.
i really like reanimation but i also like the realism of meteora and the way it kinda ventures into the backgrounds of the artwork and explores a more personal feel to LP the hybrid solder is and will always be LP's logo though and i think its pretty cool and shows the creativity of the band with the soldier representing the solid, heavy side of LP and the wings adding a more emotional, delicate touch i also love the cover of hybrid theory EP with the baby
reanimation. I'm sick of bands using like grey black and white for their CD covers, insides, pics, etc. I like it being colorful. Although the HT and Meteora covers have the most meaning in them. HT: dark and hard side being the soldier and the wings being their soft side. Meteora: With their art day seeing all the art ofg the album/ seeing the blood, sweat, and tears of the process of the album.
Live in Texas artwork is awsome. And the Meteora booklet.. yeah that's good too. It's all awsome! I love the artwork they have.
I'd have to say that the HT artwork is my favorite. I love the soldier; to me it represents the band very well. I can't decide what my second favorite is. It's between Reanimation and Meteora.
