    - Linkin Park And Chris Cornell Jam At 'projekt Revolution' Opener
Linkin Park's latest Projekt Revolution tour kicked off on Wednesday night (July 16th) in Boston with a number of highlights, including Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington and former Soundgarden and Audioslave singer Chris Cornell teaming up for a performance of Temple of the Dog's "Hunger Strike" during Cornell's set. The vocalist returned the favor later by appearing onstage during Linkin Park's show for a run through the band's 2001 hit "Crawling."

Bennington said during a recent meeting with reporters that Linkin Park enjoys getting as many of the tour's acts as possible to collaborate onstage: "All the bands are always -- like, we, last year, we invited everybody up to do 'One Step Closer'with us, but I don't think anybody came out. I think they were having too much fun hanging out doing something backstage (laughs). But, you know, we always, on these Projekt Rev things we always try to get everybody involved." [read more]

"At the M&G [18th July 2008, Pennsylvania show], Mike confirmed to a fan that he will for sure do 'No Roads Left' live by the end of Projekt Revolution 2008. He is unsure of what show he wants to start doing it at."

There's a RUMOR Busta got kicked off the PR tour. Hahninator was at the show last night and heard from someone at the venue that he got in a fight or something. Just a headsup, it's not confirmed as of yet though.

I heard about this as well. Thanks for posting. Once we get truth to this, a news post will be made. :)

Edit: Someone on the LPU who came back from the Holmdel show said he didn't do his set but came out to perform "We Made It" during LP's set for their encore. So it looks like he didn't get kicked off. No idea as to why he didn't perform his set. Hopefully more info will emerge.

I don't know how much people already did the survey, but I feel it could afford a little more publicity.
