Funeral for a Friend will be embarking on a farewell tour in Australia, Germany, and the United Kingdom from February to April 2016. The band will be performing their first two albums, Casually Dressed & Deep in Conversation and Hours, in their entirety, alongside other songs. The band will be supported by Shai Hulud and Zoax.

They announced this back in September, apparently, but I missed it some-fucking-how. I'm absolutely gutted over this. I haven't gotten to see them live since 2007 and I'm never going to get to see them again. Gutted.

I'm really sad, too. "Escape Artists Never Die" was the first song I heard by them and I got hooked ever since. For me they were one of the gateway bands into heavier music (along with Silverstein, Underoath, etc. ...)
