yep. It's not my material. It's a video of myvideo. Linking = yes, ripping it and uploading it to my own channel is definately not a legal act. Maybe it's not as problematic as uploading full-movies or music. But just because it's a trailer, it doesn't mean there are no legal claims which could be infringed.
