I don't know if I'm right or if anyone agrees with me, but I think that Foreward is a way to describe all the hardships Linkin Park put into making the CD. Mike hitting something is obviously anger, an emotion that they had a lot of. Correct me if I'm wrong.

One more question. How do people know that Foreward is of Mike hitting something, I only got the fact from the last post.

i'm pretty sure it was in the booklet you get with the cd.

You make a good point, notice how it also leads into don't stay, it could have a connection with that song, more than it would with somewhere i belong for example.

    First off, it's Foreword.

Second off, this is pointless. Foreword doesn't have a meaning behind it, it's just Mike beating the crap out of a CD burner.
