[/b][/quote] Most likely the blades of the mower were used for lift, and they must have had some ducted afterburners (other word for fanjets).
Yep, fanjet thrust and a special 'blade' fitted to the mower to act as a rotor (think helicopter, except upside-down)...that woulda done it... It's definitely got some jet propulsion, because of the exhaust and turning style... Dammit, I want one! There's a working model of Concorde somewhere out there, that has real fanjets as well. Ten thousand bucks is what I heard....damn, only 8500 to go
