Since the radio stations around here play the same 5 songs over and over again, I've been listening to classic rock/metal stations a lot more recently. My friend doesn't have a CD player, so when we go driving around we listen to that station. I'm just curious as to what everyone's favorite 70-80s bands are? Doesn't have to be a specific genre, just whatever you prefer.

    Mine:
    Black Sabbath
    Lynrd Skynrd
    Guns n Roses
    Iron Maiden
    Led Zeppelin
    Jimi Hendrix
    Judas Priest

I never knew you liked Skynyrd, they are like my second favorite band. So Guns N' Roses and Lynyrd Skynyrd are probably my favorite from that era.

There's more, I'm sure. I was raised on this stuff, as my dad is a huge music fan, and this is the music that led me into the stuff I listen to now. The only rock stations around here are classic rock stations, so I'm pretty much surrounded by it.
