On June 30th the annual Isle of MTV Festival took place in Malta, featuring such acts as Snoop Dog, LMFAO, The Parade & Far East Movement. The event was filmed as part of the MTV World Stage show and finally aired over the weekend. Amongst the performance of Far East Movement's setlist was their track So What? which was followed by a freestyle over the Linkin Park track, One Step Closer. You can check out the full performance of So What? here or only watch the freestyle over One Step Closer below.

Not the most exciting news, but as there's not much happening right now in the Linkin Park camp, thought it couldn't hurt to share this.

It's okay. Not really a big fan of Far East Movement, but it's worth a listen.

Pretty cool, even though it sounded like he was mumbling half of his freestyle .

Some people in the audience look very confused as to what is happening. Otherwise it is almost okay, though as someone else said, he sounds like he is mumbling most of it.

    Cool!

I used to listen to the group back when they hadn't 'made it' yet. Funny how they became what some of their songs preached against; alas, gotta make the paper I guess.

I thought it was pretty legit. And I don't see where everyone is hearing mumbling, that was a pretty sick flow.

These guys are really good live, they played at my alma mater a couple years ago before they blew up with that horrendous "like a G6" shit, but yeah Jay Z did it better earlier.

And honestly, it's always better to post too much news rather than not posting enough. If you don't care about the news, then don't comment on it. But there are probably a lot of people out there who were interested in this.
