I really want to make something different. Lots of weird sounds and effects, such as a distorted church organ, and some beats. I used my voice for the first time ever, as an effect, I sung a part of ''Everything In It's Right Place'' by Radiohead, reversed it, raised the pitch, added lots of effects to create a weird background https://soundcloud.com/the-almighty-potato/experimental-track-demo-2
Thanks, yeah, "composed" isn't the word. This thing went all over the place and I kept changing it. This might be the final version might not. From the start I knew I wanted to create something different but I didn't think it would end up the way it did. I'm surprised you thought the flow was good, it seems like chaos to me, thanks though
I commend you for trying something different. I find music like this more interesting than the generic music these days. Incorporate some more melodic stuff and you'll have more for the listener to focus on and grasp onto. It's easy to get lost in this music and not really remember what you listened to. Having a little more "musicality" will leave more of an impact. Radiohead has a few songs that I can think of where it's a lot of random messes of sounds, but there's always some melody or rhythm that cuts through to steal your attention and make you remember how good it was.
