Enjoy the Silence Mike Shinoda Remix?

I came across this song and it said it was remixed by Mike Shinoda. It's an old song and a pretty good one, but i was just curious if he did remix it. I only have the so called remix and not the original so i don't know if there is a difference yet. but the song is called Enjoy the Silence and it's by Depeche Mode

 

Yes it is real. It was on the remix album of Depeche Mode or something.

 

It was on the Remix Album called REMIXES 84-04 (or something to that effect). If you were lucky, it was a 3 disc set of Depeche Mode remixes. Depeche Mode are the geniuses who brought you songs like Personal Jesus, Enjoy The Silence, and Never Let Me Down.

 

It's a brilliant remix, I think.
I love Depeche.

Thanks for the info guys...I actually just went out and bought the 81-04 album. I think they have 2 other remix albums but I just got this one. iTunes has em' but I think each album was like 30 bucks so I found this one for 13. Anywho, thanks again.

It's in the air as to whether the synth device Joe uses for Numb is used in the remix.

All the instruments with the exception of drums is done by Shinoda.
