My friend sent me this points of authority thing and she says it's the "long version". The only difference i hear is the mike part, but it's a bit laggy so it goes like this. Tell me if it is official/exists. Forfeit the game, stop the top show ........drop *something i can't hear* you're taught to know Forfeit the game cuz tomorrow, when it's all done you reap what you sow Erm.... :wth: (and the last part you can't hear mike that well, when it goes "you like to think you're never wrong [forfeit the game] you have to act like you're someone [forfeit the game] you want someone to hurt like you [forfeit the game]
and when i play it on Windows Media player it says under album Hybrid Theory Promo, i suspect some1 sold it as a fake to my friend or something.
It's the second demo, and the part you couldn't understand says Product the worth you're taught to know
That version was recorded for Hybrid Theory (thus why the quality of the MP3 is so incredible and the mixing is outstanding, just like other tracks on the album), but they scrapped it when they finished the album and re-recorded Mike's parts with the original choruses (Forfeit the game/Before somebody else...). In short: It's the final demo of "Points of Authorty" before the album version was recorded.
just what will said^^ i like this track because it has that demo feel about it (seen as though its a demo that would make sence. lol) i like mikes rap - its different to what LP usually rap about
Yep..Demo 2....if you wanna take a look at the lyrics they're here [Lyrics/Tab(top nav thingy)>Lyrics>Demo>scroll down]
Some sponk-nut thought POA was on the soundtrack to the film "vertical limit" for some reason. :wth: I wish people would drop "vertical limit" as it's really annoying and doesnt exist. Although i guess as long as it's listed on kaaza under that name there will always be someone who brings it up.
