In between the live videos, the members of LP are riding a small golf-cart-looking car (I don't really remember) and Chester is holding something in his hand...is that a cigarette?

I don't mind, but how can he still breathe after smoking and screaming his lungs out every show...

Yeah, he does smoke...I really wish he didn't... :(
I know it's up to each individual to decide what they want for themselves but I can't help but worry about him and all the people I know who smoke, including my mother.

Sometimes short/heavy breathing is caused by stress...

Sometimes I have a hard time breathing and supposedly it's due to over stressing, so just because someone has a hard time breathing (although it is an effect, sometimes) doesn't mean you smoke...

You should see Mudvayne's singer on Muchmusic after the Toronto Summer Sannitarium.
He was puffing packets of cigarretes one after another, yet sounded perfectly at the concert.

I don't think he should smoke. Even though it's up to him, it's still bad for him and i think he's taking advantage of the fact that he still sounds good after a smoke. NOT A GOOD IDEA.

Another thing, don't u think some hardcore LP teenie fans would start smoking because of Chester, just a thought.

One more thing, yeah maybe he's a casual smoker. I think we assume that he smokes a lot because he smoked on Frat Party (that doesn't sound right) and in LIT. Or does he smoke a lot??

I know it really isn't...I really hope it doesn't affect his health or his voice...because it would be a same to lose such a beautiful voice.

I don't think you can really comment, unless you're a smoker yourself. Chester has probably tried to quit, just like every other smoker in America, but it just keeps coming back.

Granted it's bad, but when you're as popular as Linkin Park, and you're on the road for the better part of the year, you need something to relieve stress from the photo shoots, the video making, concerts, meet & greets, etc.

That being said, I rather Chester smoke pot instead of cigarettes. Pot doesn't do near as much damage as smoking does. And the buzz is greater.

Yeah, I mean, its important he sounds good and stuff but when you lose your health to the fact that you do smoke you cant sing anyway so whats the point? And yeah, you get a hardcore teenie watching that and you could really influence someone to smoke. Also, he has other health issues...so why would he need to smoke on top of it? One might not affect the other, but its like begging to be sick. And just because you dont smoke yourself doesnt mean you cant speak out on the issue...we're all entitled to our opinions. :preach:
