Well, the best way I've found is to keep the torrent going as long as possible. Set your upload limit to unlimited as well as putting a cap on your download speed to give more bandwidth to upload. If your trying to increase your ratio, either upload a few torrents somewhere, or like I stated at the beginning just keep the torrent going.
Upload limit = unlimited Leave it open as long as you feel like after that. Basically what everyone else already said
